Deposit financing

For clients who have firm sale of their home, and need money for deposit for new property, I can arrange loan based on the firm sale contract with subject removed. This is not registered as a mortgage, just a personal loan. All we need is contract of sale with subject removed, current mortgage statement, title of the property, and name of your lawyer or notray. Don't need appraisal. No income verification. Money can be used for other purposes as well.
